Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt Creepypasta

  Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt is one of the more well-known anime. While it is relatively unpopular in its home country of Japan, its fandom in America and the United Kingdom is big enough to rival even Neon Genesis Evengelion. It is popular for its unique animation, blue humor, and parody of American television, and has often been compared to South Park and Drawn Together.

  My friend Logon works for Funamation, the company the dubs the series. Recently, he gave me a CD containing all fourteen episodes. Apparently, he had burned a copy of the master DVD and he didn’t want to get caught with the “evidence” so-to-speak, and sent it to me to get rid of it.

  Needless to say, I popped it into my laptop and opened it up.

  Fifthteen .mov files.

  All the usual episodes were there. “Vomiting Point”, “The Running”, “…Of The Dead”, “Ghost:  The Phantom of Daten City”, and all those horrible “Panty and Stocking in Sanitarybox” shorts.  However there was also an extra.

  I was curious on what that was. Gainax, the company that made that made the show had been hinting season two since god-knows-when. This could have been it. The long-awaited season two premiere, and if not, it was some unaired test animation that had never seen the light of day. Both where something any fan would kill for.

  Needless to say, that was the one I opened up.  I was greeted with plain text on a black back ground.

  PANTY AND STOCKING WITH W/ GARTER BELT SEASON 2 EPISODE 1 (sic)

  I was right. Season two at long last.

  I opened to the interior of what appears to be a prison. The quality was amazing. The art and sound where movie-grade.

  “Alright, he’s not in this one, you go crack the one over there.” Panty yelled hatefully.  

  “Oh…Okay” Stocking said sheepishly.

   Panty and Stocking appeared to be looking for Garterbelt. Everyone seemed off-character. Panty was angry and had genuine contempt for her sister. Stocking seemed to be depressed and shy; a stark contrast to normal shelf.

  For about Fifthteen minutes, the two searched each cell, always ending in the din of Panty screeching insults and curses at Stocking, who would squeeze Honekoneko, the cat-plush she is always seen holding, and cry softly.

  The episode was devoid of any humor, just looking through cells and yelling. Before long, they came across the only room that had yet to be searched.

  The execution chamber.

  Panty and Stocking enter the viewing room. The window is cloudy, as if it had been soaped. A dim light was shining.

  Panty then opened the door to the main chamber.  The two angels walked inside the room. In the center, there was an electric chair with a charred skeleton sitting. The skeleton was wearing the same attire as Garterbelt.

  “God damn it!” Panty yelled. “They already killed him. This is your fault, you worthless piece of shit! If it weren’t for that mother-fucking stunt after we killed Hell’s Monkey, none of this shit would have happened!”

  “But I……” Stocking cried.

  “SHUT UP, YOU SHIT-EATING BITCH! YOU CAN DIE FOR ALL I CARE!” Panty screeched. I held my ears is pain. It sounded as if someone next to me just yelled in my ear.

  Stocking then looked sadly at Panty. Then she looked at the chair. She then walked slowly to the Electric Chair. She reached out to one of the arm-rests to undo one of the straps.

  Don’t touch that! They left everything, including that chair, on when this place was evacuated! You’ll die just like him!” Panty yelled. “Now you stay here and rot while I find Brief.”

  Panty walked through a door on the left side of the room. “She’s right.” Stocking said. “I don’t deserve to live.” She then looked over at the electric chair, the skeletal Garterbelt still frozen to it.

  She then began walk slowly to it. When she arrived, she set Honekoneko down and kissed her on the forehead. She then faced the chair, reached out a hand and grabbed the arm-rest.

  A buzzing noise is then heard. Stocking sat there, kneeling. Blood ran from her nose and the skin on her hand began to blacken. Smoke began rising from her body. Honekoneko stared at the screen, looking quite depressed.  Sparks flew from her charred hand.

  Panty and Brief then entered the room. Brief had the same “Bisounen” appearance he had in “Panty+Brief”, except battered. His tie and cuff-links where undone, his hair was disheveled. He had a black eye and appeared to be missing teeth and even one of his fingers.

  Stocking, at this point, resembled a charred mummy. Brief looked over Stocking’s corpse. He then smiled evilly and kicked her body. “Bitch deserved it!” he said with out of character malice.

  The last 10 minutes of the episode was simply the still photo Stocking’s smoking corpse with Honekoneko looking at the screen with her ever depressed expression.

  What the hell was this? This was nothing like the show I had come to love. This was some twisted mockery of it. I have no idea why anyone would ever make this. Someone who was angry with the infamous ending of the series? Logon playing some sick joke? I do know one thing.

  After I finished that unholy thing, I found a singed Honekoneko in my basement.
